Credits are the unit used for image generation. Each model channel has its own per-image cost configured in the admin console; new channels default to 2 credits.
Do I need to subscribe?
No. Starter, Creator, and Family are one-time credit packs. Pro is an optional monthly plan for frequent users.

Purchased credits are designed for ongoing use. Any promotional or subscription-specific terms will be shown before checkout is enabled.
